San Francisco Bay Area Weather Forecast

This is the most informative I've found, a text report by the National Weather Service:

I prefer graphics rather than words. The best site for me is FNMOC, which is done by Scripps for the USA Navy.
You can find swell direction, wave height, wave periodicity, etc. It is in 3 hour intervals. It is all done by computer, the program is referred to as WW3. Enuf already.
