Making tomato sauce today

I make small batches as my tomatoes ripen, especially the extra cherry tomatoes. They make great sauce. I have to do it the old fashioned way with a sieve since there isn't enough electricity at the cabin for anything powered. But it ends up tasting just as good. - Margy

It's a Norpro Saucemaster. Non electric. There appears to be a better one at www.lehmans.com
