Hot Cayenne Peppers

Are these hot! I keep a few of them on a little 8" long cutting board and cut them up fresh for each meal.

they look beautiful too. supposed to be good for a body/reduce pain and inflammation, as well as tasty.

My garden is on noth slope and hot weather challenged, so these quicker maturing peppers do well for me, and they are easy to dry
