During partial solar eclipse the solar patterns cast on the ground are crescents. Your photo shows the circular projections of the sun through the "pinholes" of forest canopy openings. This video shows the crescent projections of an eclipse: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wWdzDO8i3E

That rainbow is nanoparticles of aluminum. From geoengineering ( chemtails) not humidity.
