Can-Am Spyder 3-wheeler Motorcycle

Saw this yesterday in Pt. Arena. To Tell the truth when I see these caravans of elaborate and custom 3-wheelers (they often stop off in Pt. Reyes Station), I think, why not get a car?
The design here is pretty snappy though. They seem to run from 15-24k$.

I have been riding motorcycles for 45 years now. A few years ago when these first appeared they seemed so unique that I went to the dealer and took a test ride just for the heck of it. They are powerful but the sensation of riding is very odd, it feels like you are going to be thrown off from the centrifugal force around curves since neither the seat nor your body is leaning into the turns like on a motorcycle, you are inertially disconnected from the machine. Perhaps for some the idea of three wheels may seem safer but it felt insecure to me, it felt like I should have a seatbelt on.

I rode motorcycles for about 48 years multiple sclerosis has taken that away from me now the spiders look like a godsend to me but kitted out the way I need a car is cheaper so for me it's a hot rod convertible that I can haul wife and grandkids a round in this software will not let me edit punctuation on my iPad please excuse the lack of punctuation
