200$/ft2??

Well, it's likely partly because the 'update' included the necessary granite counter tops in the kitchen & bathroom - plus all that gravel...

Cute though, ain't it?

this tiny home is looking sadly at its funeral back yard and needs desperately some greenery and colours ! Guerilla gardeners, help ! Go and throw your seed bombs !

hopefully the updates weren't along the lines of the period incorrect lines of the metal porch posts. sometimes it's more difficult and expensive to fix the "updates" than to restore correctly. it's rather cute though, w/ great potential.
