That's a McKenzie River dory (also called a drift boat)
Drift boats are great for running big rivers, my dad use to make them in Eastern Washington. We ran the Klickitat, The White, The Wind in them, camping and fishing. I was just a kid but I'd say they can easily handle a class III rapids.
