Three aeolian artists build it on the top of a moutain in Hautes-Alpes (France)

There's a Wind Flute (high bamboo), a Sound Bow, a Gom Gom (like a chamanic drum) and à Wind Harp (you can turn it to catch different blowings)

The wind is the musician !
