ready to get one if it doesn't cost an arm and a leg as they say!
I have been reading the reviews on it, they seem to hint at a reasonable car. Sadly it is very expensive compared to a conventional alternative (no great surprise I suppose).
I understand there are government "green" rebate type offers in many locals that will make the electric car somewhat more affordable. And if the earlier versions are anything to go by, the maintenance costs are lower too. It will be interesting to see what the lifespan of these cars will be.
There are rumors that Nissan will introduce a more affordable Leaf in 2013 so hopefully that will make it more affordable for most Americans.
