seems totally unreal, must be trying out for stunt jobs with movies. good grief.
I love watching "free running", aka "extreme running", or "Parkour"! I've seen a few videos w/girls, too. I wish I had seen it when I was 11 0r 12! (that was several years ago--haha!) Thanks for the morning run, Lloyd!
Awesome, i saw some young teenagers trying this out just the other day. They still had quite some way to go to be as good as these guys! I love the soundtrack too.
Parkour seems to be bigger across the pond, I seem to find a ton of videos from England, France (it's homeland) and even Israel...but not so much from the west coast...Oh well, thanks for the wake up video Lloyd!
Oh man, this shows what can be accomplished with combination of supple joints and stupidity. I wish I could do it.
Great video/post, I have had a lousy, tedious and stressful day today and have watched this a few times. It has been one of the few things to make me smile. I would share it with a health and safety officer I am working with, but no doubt he will ask for risk assessments on our buildings just incase these guys turn up!
I hope you don't mind me pointing you in the direction of the original artist that put this thing together: http://www.youtube.com/user/traceurelements#p/u/0/voB6WiP83NU and that is also the original video.
Now you can enjoy it in HD, and read the back story. There's also a couple of amazing videos you should see there.
