Love it-
check out "Container Architecture"- a book by Jure Kotnik.

or containerliving.com and loftcube.com (or .net?).

These structures are slowly catching on and I hope to install a Conex woodshop in my backyard at some point soon- perhaps with a piggybaked sleeping structure/loft tagged on above it.

I would have thought that the combination of the global downturn and mandatory rotation of new containers would provide a glut of decommissioned containers for people to buy. Who know where one can purchase some, especially for us on the East coast.
