Pulperías, the Mom and Pop Stores of Costa Rica

There was an exhibit in the museum of paintings of the pulquerías of Costa Rica, the neighborhood mom and pop grocery stores that are being supplanted by "mini-supers." These paintings looked like they were all the work of one artist, but the 30 or so paintings were all done by different artists.

it's a good exhibition and I think they are great! it's all about their folk because those places are so special in that culture, the "pulperias" are like a mini markets but they don't need expensive things... I think we can't ignore this paintings and it'd be great if you can add more illustration about it, it's a beautiful country too... so there are to many exhibitions like this one everywhere. 23jj
